How to install ?

Here you will find all the information on how to install presets on your device.

The instructions are for the latest versions of Adobe Lightroom Classic, released since mid-2018 and using the XMP preset format. You need to have version 7.3 or more recent.

  • Extract the ZIP file (desktop version) with the presets that you downloaded from World by Migo.
  • Open Lightroom Classic and go to the Develop module. You will see the modules listed at the top, right. You will be in the Library module when the program is first opened.
  • On the left you will see a section called Presets. You will see that there are already some basic presets listed, which come bundled with Lightroom.
  • Click on the + icon at the top right of the section.
  • Select Import Presets from the dropdown menu.
  • Navigate to the folder ‘Lightroom and Lightroom Classic since Apr 2018 (.XMP)’, select the presets ZIP file(s) and click Import. → This is the preferred import method, as it preserves the folder structure of the archive.
  • Your presets will now be available in the Presets section.
  • Extract the ZIP file (desktop version) with the presets that you downloaded from World by Migo.
  • Open Lightroom CC and click on the edit icon at the top right. The icon looks like three sliders—three horizontal bars with circles on them.
  • At the bottom of the screen you will see a Presets button. Click on this.
  • The presets panel is now revealed.
  • Click on the icon with three dots at the top  •••
  • In the dropdown menu select Import Presets.
  • Navigate to the folder ‘Lightroom and Lightroom Classic since Apr 2018 (.XMP)’, select the presets ZIP file(s) and click Import.
  • All of the presets will now be available in the Presets panel.

Step 1: Unzip The File.

Download the collection that you have purchased and unzip the file in your phone.

Step 2: Save The Presets.

Once you unzip the files on your device, save them on your memory, preferably on the cloud, which allows you to easily access it from your computer or phone.

Step 3: Open Lightroom On Your Phone.

Simply open the Lightroom App on your phone. This application is available for free on all Android/iOS Devices.

Step 4: Add the DNG Preset Files.

Click the (…) icon at the top right side of your screen.

Choose Add Photos.

On the next screen, choose the location you will be pulling your DNG/Preset files from. If you have saved them to your phone, choose “From Camera Roll”.  If you have saved them to a cloud storage option, choose “From Files”.

Select the files that you want to import. You can select multiple files at once.

Step 5: Create A New Preset From The Downloaded Files.

Click on one of the imported files. Click on the (…) on the top right corner. Then select “Create Preset”.

Create a name for the preset. We suggest to use the same name as the one on the picture.

You should also put the preset in a Preset Group. By default, it will be in the User Presets group. Creating a new group with your new collection’s name will keep the presets from each collection together.

Follow the same steps for all DSG files.

You’re All Set!

Now you can select any of your pictures to edit with the use of the presets. Swipe left on the bottom until you see Presets. This is where you will find all your new presets if you have followed the steps correctly.

After the preset is applied, you can adjust the white balance and exposure to your liking.

The first thing you need to do is to download the DNG presets.

Once you have the DNG files downloaded on your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps:

1. Open the Lightroom app.

2. Click on the add photos icon.

3. Locate and select your DNG files. It may be in your Camera Roll or My Files.

4. Once the DNG files are selected, click Add.

5. Now open one of the DNG images in Lightroom as if you were going to edit them.

6. Click on the ellipsis on the top-right corner.

7. Click on Create Preset.

8. Name your preset and assign it to a group.

9. You can usually leave the default edit tools selected as it is.

10. Click on the confirm checkmark.

You’ll now see the preset available in your Lightroom Mobile app.

The easiest way to add presets to your Lightroom app on your Android or iPhone device is by using a desktop or laptop with the Creative Cloud syncing options.

You’ll also need to have the new Lightroom CC installed and running on your computer.

Once you install the presets into Lightroom, they’ll automatically be added to your Lightroom Mobile app.

Follow these steps to add the presets to Lightroom CC:

  1. Open Lightroom CC. Make sure it’s the cloud-based Lightroom version and not the Classic.
  2. Go to the menu, File Import Profiles & Presets…
  3. Select the Lightroom Presets file. The files should be a compressed ZIP file package or individual XMP files.
  4. Click on Import.
  5. In about 60 seconds, your presets will be ready in the Lightroom Mobile.
